What’s Our Motivation?

Taking-a-look-back, my perspective of business awakened one-day at-work after school while stocking bread products to Kroger shelves.  As I was marking-off my checklist, I recognized every aisle along with shelf space had been positioned, standardized by “Customer Expectations”; Brand Type with Volume of Wants and Needs. Yes, the teenager had an Ah-Ha moment:

If wants and needs drive peoples lives then shaping new-thinking, raising the bar and breaking habits seemed reachable.
