What’s Our Motivation, & Why?

My perspective of business awakened one-day at-work after school while stocking bread products to Kroger shelves.  As I marked my checklist, I recognized every aisle along with shelf space had been positioned, standardized by “Customer Expectations”; Brand Type with Volume of Wants and Needs. Yes, the teenager had an Ah-Ha moment:

Wants and Needs drive people’s lives daily. I decided these foundations may even define peoples living purpose.  Therefore, I determined business is genuinely about facilitating the Want or Need.  Well, having a company made a lot of sense, cause my mother always said, “people always want what they DO NOT Need.” At that moment, a marketer was born.

 

This discovery eventually settled into a mindset that marketing could eliminate or control temptations setting progress back.  After other achievements, seeking the answer to ‘How to Conquer & Live Amongst Sharks without becoming diabolical?’ became a driving force to maintaining balance with Success.
